Rakesh Vyasabhattu is the Founder of AU Healthcare Consultancy and a trusted healthcare business consultant with over a decade of experience supporting the Australian primary healthcare sector. Since 2008, he has worked closely with medical practices to improve operational efficiency, compliance, and sustainable growth.

He is an Australian Computer Society (ACS) certified Business Analyst and holds a Master’s degree in IT and Business Management, combining technical expertise with practical business insight. Rakesh has over seven years of experience in business management within group medical practices, giving him a deep understanding of the challenges faced by healthcare providers.

In 2016, he founded AU Healthcare Consultancy, a boutique firm dedicated to helping doctors streamline operations, implement effective systems, and stay aligned with industry standards. His mission is to reduce the administrative burden on healthcare professionals so they can focus on patient care.

Today, he leads a multidisciplinary team offering comprehensive services including practice setup, compliance, accreditation support, staff training, IT systems, and business strategy—delivering tailored solutions for medical practices across Australia.

This team represents a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary approach to managing a modern healthcare facility, bridging clinical, operational, and financial functions.

• Medical Director : Leads clinical governance, ensures compliance with medical standards, develops patient care protocols, and acts as the liaison between the clinical team and administration.

• Senior Nurses : Manage ongoing care, set practice standards, oversee nursing staff, and collaborate with the Medical Director on operational management.

• IT Partners : Provide technical support, manage practice management software, implement digital workflows and ensure secure electronic medical records.

• Accounting Personnel / Financial Management : Handle financial strategies, including tax compliance (BAS, PAYG), payroll for medical staff, benchmarking, and profit and loss reporting to ensure financial sustainability.
